
The virtual Capstone Symposium connected presenters and audience members near and far.
On Friday April 25, 2025, ±´²©ÌåÓý graduating students presented their capstone work at the 13th annual Capstone Symposium. A virtual event that connected presenters and audience members near and far, the Symposium featured 61 presentations from multiple academic programs across the university at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Congratulations to all presenters for a job well done!
And congratulations to the award winners for outstanding presentations in the categories of research, practical projects, and creative work. Four presentations also won the prestigious Dean's awards from the College of Business, College of Liberal Arts, College of Natural and Computational Sciences, and School of Nursing.

The Capstone Symposium was organized by faculty members Brett Neilson, DPT, DSc (Graduate College of Health Sciences), Hanh Nguyen, Ph.D. (College of Liberal Arts), Noelia Paez, Ph.D. (College of Business), Amy Sadek, Ph.D. (Graduate College of Health Sciences), and Mary Smith, Ed.D. (College of Natural and Computational Sciences), and supported by capstone mentors, proposal reviewers, and presentation judges (please see their names on the ). Many ±´²©ÌåÓý offices made the event possible: The Office of Academic Affairs, Career Development Center, Marketing and Communication, ±´²©ÌåÓý Libraries, and Student Life.
